Michaela joined Kingston Smith & Partners as a partner in our St Albans office from another medium-sized practice in August 2011. With approaching 20 years in the industry Michaela has been an appointment taking Insolvency Practitioner for over 10 years.

She has particular expertise in Administrations and Forensic Investigations and sector specialisms include professional practices, the licensed trade and trading-on manufacturing businesses and retail outlets. She has worked on a number of cases where detailed investigations have led to further realisations, either as a result of revealing additional assets or successfully bringing claims against directors who have defrauded the company and its creditors.

Michaela is also licensed with the ICAEW

In Michaela’s spare time, she enjoys DIY, watching rugby, growing fruit and veg, all whilst bringing up a three year old.
